Joan Weber

With having 30 years in the business and in an ever changing industry, we must learn to be progressive and innovative in our approach to lending. Only then, can we reap the benefits of knowing we helped someone attain the goal of sustainable home-ownership and feel proud we were a part of it.

Lisa Leasure

With over 25 years experience in the mortgage industry, I still feel a great sense of pride when I am able to help a client when nobody else could. Outside of work, I'm most likely at a baseball field with at least one of my teenage boys. I also enjoy traveling, photography, boating and dog sports with my family!

Robert Hartry

Robert has been an industry veteran since 2005 and is also a Veteran of the US Air Force. He enjoys volunteering and being a foster home for the Doberman Rescue.

Alexis Scicchitano

A current MLO and a former teacher with a passion for educating and helping people. Her same passion has transferred over to her mortgage business. In her free time she enjoys the gym, snowboarding with her husband and traveling. As a mom and wife, she realizes how important family is and will do everything she can to help yours.

Emily Saole

With 12 years of lending experience, Emily will be by your side to take the stress out of the mortgage process. When she's not working, Emily loves to spend time with her husband and 3 kids. They love being outdoors whether it's at a backyard BBQ or a day at the beach.

Ericka Gilleard

Ericka was born and raised in Las Vegas but spent the last 15 years in the South where she spent 9 years in the mortgage business. She’s brought her experience back home to Las Vegas and has recently joined the New Heights Lending Team. She spends her free time with her friends and two rescue dogs!

Born and raised in New York City, Lisa has lived in Las Vegas for 17 years. She brings her many years of customer service experience to the team. Lisa is dedicated to turning your homeownership dreams into reality. She enjoys kickboxing, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Part of the husband and wife team here at New Heights, specializing in the Hispanic community. Lucy is also bi-lingual.

Melissa Mcdonald

Proud mom of three unique offspring, loves laughing till it hurts. Enjoys seeing people happy and successful in their endeavors. Goes above and beyond to help our borrowers have an easy loan process. Best part of my job is seeing the smiles, and happy tears when our borrowers have their new homes!

Neal Bettencourt

I am a proud husband with 3 wonderful children and 2 precious grandchildren. I enjoy sports and the outdoors, especially enjoy taking our RV out to the Sierra Nevada mountains. I have been a loan officer for over 35 years and what I like most about my job is helping people obtain financing for the homes of their dreams.

Nicole Blosser

Nicole’s the newest addition to the New Heights administrative team! She’s been married to her high school sweetheart for 13 years and after all that time, they still continue to have fun while raising their two amazing kids together. When she is not working, you can usually catch her on the softball/baseball fields watching her daughter or son play.

Paula Cleveland

With 16+ years marketing experience, Paula has recently expanded her career and is thrilled to join the New Heights Lending team. She loves coffee and spending time with her husband and two girls!

Russell Speerbrecher

Russell enjoys going above and beyond to ensure his customers are taken care of the first time every time! When he's not diligently working, he enjoys boating, camping, and traveling with his family.

Sean Iwasaki

Sean has lived in Las Vegas for 25 years and has extensive experience in all types of mortgages. He has been in the finance business since 1993, working with almost every lender, bank, and finance company in the nation. Sean holds a bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Science from the University of California San Diego.

Shane Kindel

Shane is a Reverse Mortgage Advocate with almost two decades of guiding Seniors thru the retirement process. Licensed in several states he finds time to meet each client face to face. “My Seniors are very important to me. Things we can replace but our parents and grandparents are not replaceable, so let’s take good care of them.”
